Robert Fuller
Leonard Leroy “Buddy” Lee, better known as Robert Fuller, in his decades of television, became known for his deep, raspy voice and was familiar to viewers throughout the 1960s and 70s from his co-starring roles as Jess Harper and Cooper Sm·ith on the popular 1060s western series “Laramie” and “Wagon Train”.Robert Fuller & Jack Coffer
The early highlights of Fuller’s life were acting and dancing. In 1950, at the age of 16, he traveled with his family from Troy, New York to Hollywood, California, where his first job was as a stunt man. His first role was as an extra in the 1952 film “Above and Beyond”. He attended Richard Boone’s acting classes, as a suggestion of his friend, stuntman, Chuck Courtney. His first speaking role was in “Friendly Persuasion” in 1956.
Fuller became an immensely popular character actor, guest-starring in dozens of televisions programs including “Buckskin”, “The Big Valley”, “The Restless Gun”, “M Squad”,and “The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin”. He landed the co-starring role of Jess Harper on “Laramie”, which ran from 1959 to 1963, being cast opposite his best friend John Smith. “Laramie” was eventually aired in more than 70 countries.

Jack Coffer
Jack was born in 1938 in San Joaquin County, California as Jackie Laure Foster. He is known for his work on the television series, “Laredo” (1965), as stunt double for Robert Fuller. Other appearances as a stuntman were in “The Rare Breed” (1966) and “The Way West” (1967).
Sadly, he was killed in an automobile accident in 1967, in Encino, California.
Jack Coffer was an honored Inductee in the Hollywood Stuntmen’s Hall of Fame.
