Essence
A few thoughts about being human and other essentials.
Kira Schneider

Kira SchneiderThe human heart and soul are the subjects that bring out the passion in me.

Our heart is a garden that is fertile and creative. The seeds that fall in our garden need a little fostering to grow.

Like the Garden of Eden, it can be a blessing or a curse, depending on what we are planting.

If we plant weeds and thistle, this is what will grow and these plants will spoil and suffocate our joy of life. If we plant seeds of pain and neglect, we plant the conviction of not being loved. In planting thorns of judgement and disadvantage, self pity might be the experience of our life.

Watering the flowers in the garden of our heart will bring forward fulfillment and happiness.

Our life is what we plant in the garden of our heart.

It is essential to get to know the content of our thoughts: is it a weed or a rose? We can train our awareness and vigilance and distinguish the wholesome from the unwholesome. PULL OUT THE WEEDS, NOURISH THE ROSES!

Awareness and vigilance are the key. This is good news: we can change. We have the power to change. We can shift our attention to our creative qualities and possibilities.

The more happiness we experience, the more we can give to others. It is quite impossible to give what we don’t have.

The work I do is based on my own experience and what I have learned and studied over the years.
I offer counseling, Reiki, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Energy Work or a combination of counseling and body work, as fits your needs.

Combining counseling and body work can be quite amazing. Conflict resolution can be felt even on the cellular level.

A session of Body Work, Reiki, Cranio Sacral, Energy Work, is remarkably soothing, relaxing and de-stressing.

People from all walks of life come to me with a desire for a more centered and peaceful life. When our energy is freed up from stress and tension, it fills and feeds us, both physically and emotionally.
My intention is to share and to inspire. To point to our qualities, possibilities, and potential. And…smell the roses!
