Massage for Sore Muscles and Pain:
For relaxation and relief from sore muscles and sports related injuries, I use precise, thorough Western and Eastern massage techniques. Another aspect of my work is to help you de-stress. In a calm setting, I encourage the body, mind and spirit to find comfort and relaxation to encourage your healing process. I use organic aromatherapy lotion with Swedish and Polarity techniques to soothe away tension.
Spinal Touch Alignment:
A gentle, polarity based treatment I often combine with Chinese Acupressure (Tuina) to give the body the information it needs to correct postural alignment. This is great for Sciatica as well as many other painful situations.
NEW! Bellanina Face Lift Massage:
For one of the most relaxing forms of massage you will ever experience, try a Bellanina Face Lift Massage. During an hour of luxurious pampering, I use specific facial, neck and shoulder massage, and acupressure techniques with Bellanina products to distress, smooth, tone, tighten and rejuvenate. A massage of your hands and feet adds the finishing touches to this heavenly session.

Many techniques that today fall under the categories of massage and bodywork have roots in the distant past and have been utilized for centuries for their therapeutic effects. Massage, as one of the earliest corrective means of relieving pain and discomfort; uses natural, instinctive, systematic maneuvering of the soft-tissues of the body to yield a variety of positive results.
